Initially, they were really great to work with. The company has inconsistent management. We were owed two comped quarters per Brandon. Then when it came time to honor them, he only comped one disregarding one of his comps that we had previously paid for. Follow up efforts to get in touch with him overall have been very difficult and generally unresponsive. Different people from the office got things mixed up. We asked them to stop contacting me regarding the invoice since management would not follow up. They have ignored the request specifically asking for no further communication to an invalid invoice and still call an email about it. As a result, external escalations and complaints will continue.
