I matched with GC & More Plumbing through Thumbtack, and I’m so glad I did! I live in Bali, Indonesia, so coordinating repairs at my Airbnb property in the U.S. can be challenging, especially when I’m dealing with a time-sensitive issue.
Vilma called me very late at night my time, and I explained that one of my Airbnb guests had cracked the toilet and that I needed it replaced quickly. I had everything needed delivered to Lowe’s and explained that my rentals operate on a tight schedule. I asked if the team could come between 11 AM and 2 PM.
What really impressed me was how understanding and accommodating Vilma was. Most companies want someone physically present at the property, which simply isn’t always possible for me while I’m overseas. She worked with me and allowed me to provide the team with a door code so they could access the home without me being there.
The team was professional, respectful, and considerate of the property. They even wore booties when entering the home, which I really appreciated. They removed and disposed of the damaged toilet and installed the replacement efficiently.
Another huge plus for me is that GC & More Plumbing accepts card payments, and I was able to pay using Apple Pay. This is a big deal because I don’t use Zelle or other peer-to-peer payment apps, and being overseas can make those payment methods difficult to access.
If you’re considering using this company, I would encourage you to look past the reviews and give them a chance. Every company is going to have both good and bad reviews, but my personal experience was excellent. They were extremely professional, communicated well, were accommodating to my unique circumstances, and made the entire process easy from start to finish.
I will absolutely be using GC & More Plumbing again for my future plumbing needs!

Mr. Gerson showed up on time and was very courteous and informative. He did an extensive search of the area with a plumbing leak. Cleaned up the area and told me what he found. I would definitely hire again for any other plumbing issues that i may have.
