FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m fair but competitive, I also believe certain jobs require certain finesse so pricing does vary but at the same time you get what you pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer includes the following steps: 1. Initial Consultation: We discuss your needs and goals to understand how we can best assist you. 2. Proposal Development: Based on our conversation, we create a tailored proposal outlining our services, pricing, and timeline. 3. Agreement and Onboarding: Once the proposal is approved, we finalize the agreement and begin the onboarding process, which includes gathering necessary information. 4. Execution: We implement the agreed-upon services, keeping you updated throughout the process. 5. Feedback and Adjustments: We encourage ongoing feedback and make adjustments as needed to ensure your satisfaction. 6. Follow-Up: After the project completion, we follow up to ensure everything is running smoothly and to discuss any future needs. This structured approach helps us build a strong partnership with our customers.
