- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m fair but competitive, I also believe certain jobs require certain finesse so pricing does vary but at the same time you get what you pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Of course the meet and greet, that’s always first. Then sit down and discuss with the customer to make sure they get what they want. After that, we walk the area of where the work is to be done and if we need to make adjustments from the original plan, we will. Once works completed, we do another walk through and make sure the customers 100% satisfied 👍🏼
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 11 years of certified welding experience and also an associates degree in metallurgy.
