- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of furniture and complexity of the job. Simple assemblies are priced lower, while larger or more complex items like LED bed frames or multi-piece setups may cost more. I provide upfront quotes based on photos so there are no surprises. Discounts are available when bundling multiple items or combining assembly with junk removal/cleanup. Same-day or last-minute jobs may have a small additional fee depending on availability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by getting details about the job—photos help a lot so I can give an accurate quote. Once we agree on pricing, we schedule a time that works best. I show up prepared with the right tools, complete the job efficiently, and make sure everything is clean and set up properly before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on work and real-world projects. I’ve assembled a wide range of furniture including standard frames, IKEA builds, and more complex pieces with lighting and custom parts. I’ve also handled cleanouts and hauling jobs, which taught me efficiency, safety, and organization on every job.
