Good afternoon Ms.Rhonda, I hope you’re doing well. I would like to kindly apologize if you are not satisfied with the service provided. When I was there this could’ve been settled. For the record: Based on our initial conversation it was agreed to do the Lawn Mowing (Front & Back), Tree Trimming, and Shrub Trimming. Which total was $125 - Lawn Mowing was done as approved. $45 with Edging, Blowing was included which was approved by you. That Totals to $50 Tree Trimming was also completed for $75 That alone depending on the height of the tree can be worth $75 - $300. Also I didn’t do any additional charge to trim the shrubs since 1. I was on-site and 2. I was doing it complementary. When it came to trimming i finished the Shrubs but I had to stop for the day since I had issues with my trimmer. I explained this to you and told you I would return the following day to finish up with 1. Trimming the Shrubs and 2. Pulling the Weeds since they would be fully dead. However that same afternoon a dispute was submitted with no explanation of something we could’ve fix for you with no issue. I attempted to get in contact with you through the app and through the text message but no response was given. Please note that every Lawn person does their work differently. We are not all the same and we don’t all offer the same services. However we all aim to do our best job possible. If theres anything I can do to best accommodate for you for this or in the future I would be more than happy to do so if is within my availability. Have a blessed day Thank You, Carlos R.G.
