- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer discounts on multiple items for same day only. Quotes do not include tax. There is a stair fee of 25.00 per floor. a trip charge of 40.00 may apply if unable to comeplete job not due to technition fault.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to talk with all customers over the phone so that all information is discussed prior to scheduling.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I originally started out with a company called Assemblers inc. I managed 18 Academy stores for there in home deliveries and assembly. After my first year I was ranked 1st place out of the whole state of Texas and 2nd place nationwide in the company. I also did work for home depot, Ikea, and amazon as well.
