- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will not be cheap, but I am cost conscious. My bids generally fall mid- mid/high range. Good contractors are not cheap and cheap contractors are not good.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clearly communicate the scope of work that the client needs done, build the construction schedule, agree on payment terms, signed contract
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am OSHA 30 certified CPR certified pro core certified and I have nearly 30 years combined experience as a tradesmen ad well as project management.
