Our pricing will vary based upon the size and age of the home or commercial property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon a customer expressing interest in our services. We like to discuss the details of the home to be inspected. The initial conversation will include questions regarding the size and age of the home and the timeframe in which the inspection needs to be completed. Customers are provided with an estimated cost of our services. If interested, an appointment time is scheduled and details of what they can expect the day of the inspection are discussed. On the day of the inspection, the inspector will do a walk through of the home with the customer. Next to the inspection this is one of the most important aspects of the services we offer. A walk through allows us to show our customers what their home looks like through the eyes of the inspector and answer any questions that they may have.

Bachelors of Science in Architectural Studies and a Licensed Real Estate Inspector in the state of Texas.
