Maher came to my property on short notice and took his time with each detail of the job. He has helped me tremendously with not only the property I requested a bid for, but my current renovation as well! He is a very compassionate person and passionate about his work! A very large tree had hit my roof and it took several days during more stormy weather before I could find anybody to remove it so it had damaged my entire roof because there were so many big large branches. Well a lot of roofing companies were busy and it took a while to find this group. At first, he seemed so professional and polite and came out immediately and was able to work within the same week so I was very pleased. However, he then on the second day switched up what we had agreed upon verbally and in writing and tried to demand full payment for a full roof replacement when he hadn't even started on the roof, and we had agreed he would do it first before being paid each day. After that, when we came to a compromise and I left it that he was just paid for the work he had already done because he wasn't willing to do a bigger compromise or just follow through with the original agreement and started saying no that it's okay to leave wood and wet insulation inside of the attic when we had agreed you have to take it out beforehand to prevent mold, so after that he went and started bad mouthing me to my tenants who are renting out my house because I couldn't afford to live there anymore as a single widow and mom. These are my tenants that I have to deal with for a year or more... So it became a very big headache because now I have to find somebody else to tarp the roof that he left leaky. They went inside and fixed a ceiling when it was supposed to be done on the last day; they didn't even fix any of the roof except for the actual damage to the structure of the part which is a little tiny part of the roof that needed help with. This was a huge disappointment because I really trusted him and he seemed so nice only to start turning around and trying to say that oh I'm defaulting because I didn't pay the second day. Well I didn't pay the second day because he didn't do any of the work they said they would do which was replace the whole roof that day and I have proof of that and they didn't do any of the roof whatsoever they just painted the little spot of sheetrock on the ceiling where there had been a leak where they had replaced the sheetrock which was already paid for. I'm very disappointed and hope he will prayerfully repent of treating people this way.
