- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are lower than most contractors. Because we know hiring a pro may be costly we strive to provide competitive prices based on the national average. Q. How Do I know if you are really lower than most ? A. Thats easy, there are many firms that gather data from thousands of contractors regarding pricing and compile it into informational sites or database and give you the "average" "high" or "lowest" for each specific job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process when working with a new customer is the following: 1. Contact is made with customer and appointment is made for specific date and time 2. Appointment visit is made with customer at the time and date and measurements and any other information is collected by contractor 3. Up to two days (or more depending on the amount of info for project) after visit estimates are generated based on the info and measurements and sent out to customer. 4. Contractor contacts homeowner for verification of receipt of estimate of which at this time any negotiation takes effect on price ( not all prices are negotiable due to the complexity of the work) , if both parties agree then the estimate is approved by lead contractor 5. Final walk through with main lead contractor is made where any last questions the homeowner has are answered thoroughly and clearly and where contract is signed 6. After contract signed and initial payment clears, contractor immediately begins following day early morning
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
