Up to two days (or more depending on the amount of info for project) after visit estimates are generated based on the info and measurements and sent out to customer. 4. Contractor contacts homeowner for verification of receipt of estimate of which at this time any negotiation takes effect on price ( not all prices are negotiable due to the complexity of the work) , if both parties agree then the estimate is approved by lead contractor 5.
