Clarence was great from start to finish. He answered all my questions before and during the project about how to care and keep up my tile. Thy protected the workspace We had our primary bath and kitchen cleaned and sealed. Then we had our hallway and second bathroom tile cleaned and some minor grout repair. I highly recommend Floor Doctors.

Clarence did an excellent job. He came by shortly after my reaching out to assess the work (regrout and tile cleaning), explain the problems, and provide an estimate. On the day of the job, he arrived on time, and after he completed the work, he gave advice for regular maintenance.

I hired the Floor Doctors to clean the tile in my shower, patch up the grout, and re-caulk. It was in desperate need of a cleanup. Not only did they do a wonderful job, they handled a difficult parking situation with grace and positivity. They provided advice on maintenance for the shower, and also advice on how to deal with some cracks in my granite countertop (which was not part of the scope!) - I’m super happy with them and would definitely hire them again!
