Paul was communicative and punctual...two things I value prior to any job kicking off. He came on a Sunday so I appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond for his customers. Unfortunately, my faucet couldn't be repaired on the spot (manufacturer defect), but he helped troubleshoot the cause without giving up. Paul responded promptly to my query and showed up when he said. He quickly diagnosed the problem and started the repair after we agreed upon the cost. He encountered another leak during the repair and he went and picked up the part needed and proceeded to complete the repair of my leaking pipe. He added weather protection to the pipe as well for the upcoming freeze. Additionally, he took a look at a toilet and my refrigerator while here as both had issues after the water to the house was turned back on that were related to the leaking outside pipe. I would definitely recommend and I will use him again.

I reached out to General Project Solutions to repair a shower handle. Paul responded quickly, and he showed up for repairs at the time we agreed upon. (He also updated me when he was en route to my home.) He explained the repairs he needed to make, and he also showed me each step. Paul cleaned up after himself once all repairs were complete. I will definitely use Paul again for any plumbing needs.

Great experience working with Paul. He was straightforward from the very onset of negotiations. He told me when he will be at my home and the reason he picked that time. To my surprise, he was knocking on my door at EXACTLY the time he said to the minute. He was very professional in his job and showed respect to my home (that is rare for many contractors). We talked, but he was focused on the job at hand. Compared to other contractors that I reached out to, he gave the best price. He ended up fixing other stuff, and I will be calling on him when I am ready for other plumbing work to be done in the house. The work he did was clean and looked right. He followed all the installation instructions. I trust the work will last a long time, but for now, I am observing for any issues that may come up, which may not happen.
