- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is calculated by scope of work/possible problems that could arise upon starting work(ex. More damage than was originally estimated)/Level of skill the task requires. ** An On Site Walk Through prior to providing Quotes and Estimates are available at no cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with my customers and ask specific details of the job prior to giving a quote. The most accurate information can be given in the quote if customer provides several clear photos. I then create an estimate that I l send to the customer. Upon approval, I schedule an appointment. If the job is large or complicated, I schedule a walk through first. I will take notes and pictures, so as to be prepared. We will set the start and finish dates, and discuss any change orders/add-ons that may be required. **Change Orders and Add-On Jobs are case by case and not all jobs will require one.

Locksmithing Certificate/Electrician Courses/Electrical Apprenticeship (8+ years, working on that Journeyman.
