I just move into my new home and I called Handy works the lady I spoke with, Tatiana was very professional and friendly. I told her what I needed help with and right away got a day scheduled. The man that came was professional, nice and handed everything with care. I had them assembled some furniture and everything looks perfect. Hired them to remove tile from my floor. Job was half done and incomplete. They left the thinset The workers also broke the base of my kitchen sink.

Hello Kerry. Thank you for your review. We value our clients feedback as it helps us improve. Please see the attached picture of your sink bathroom sink. Before leaving any job site crew members take pictures of their work to insure quality. Crew members did not come close to the kitchen sink as it is inside the cabinet and there would be no reason to be near it. Agreement was to remove the tile in three areas and that was what was exactly done. There was no agreement to prep your floors for new tile install as you only wanted to pay a certain amount. Crew members also went above and beyond to remove the carpet in other areas without a fee. Attached are the pictures. We have tried our best to accommodate your wishes by stretching your budget as much as possible.
