Our pricing is transparent and based on the real scope of the work—not shortcuts or guesswork. We take time to understand what you actually need, explain your options clearly, and price the job fairly from the start. If something unexpected comes up, we talk it through before moving forward. No pressure, no surprises—just clear value for the work being done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation, not a quote. I take time to understand what the customer needs, what matters most to them, and any concerns they may have. From there, we walk through options, set clear expectations on scope, pricing, and timing, and only move forward once everything makes sense. Once the work begins, my team and I stay communicative, keep the site clean, and make sure the customer feels informed every step of the way—right through completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is hands-on and experience-driven. I’ve learned through real-world training, on-the-job experience, and working with skilled tradespeople across different areas of home improvement. Over time, I’ve also stayed up to date by learning new techniques, tools, and smart home technologies. This practical approach allows our team to deliver quality, reliable work for our customers.
