- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to be honest and fair willing to own up to mistakes and focus on one customer at a time. Many customers like to hold on to us once we have gotten past the initial hurdle of uncertainties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to ask for a budget I’m working with so I can put the vision the customer want at the price that’s affordable. Yes it’s a uncomfortable conversation for some but that where honestly and trust begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed electrician, however I only perform electrical work that’s not overly complicated.
