I charge 40 an hour but I am cheaper then thumbtacks recommendation for 125 for 2 hours or less for small jobs. I only charge 80-100 for 2 hours or less

I needed help with several things like assembling chairs, hanging pictures, replacing toilet seat, etc. Stephen arrived at the same time I returned from work. We walked into my condo and the a/c wasn’t working. He offered to take a look and got it going! He’s thorough, confirms what you want, and works quickly. Very affable and respectful. I’m already making a to do list for another visit. 😁

Stephan came out and did about 4 hours worth of work installing outlets and mounting TV’s for me. He works fast and his work quality is good.
Stephen was extremely friendly, cleaned up after himself and did every job I asked one after the next. He could easily charge more for his work and it would be worth it. This is a rare instance where choosing a reasonably priced contractor isn’t going to bite you.
I’ll use him the next time I get some more projects to complete.
