Thorough and very detailed. Upfront about all problems, with good advice to fix them. Very nice guy and Amber was awesome. I needed an inspection done and no one had a slot open, but Amber contacted me and booked me in. I'm glad she did. The service was great and a very reasonable price.

T.J is a lifesaver! I needed an inspector ASAP and not only did he reply to me right away, but he was extremely professional and personal. He was quick to respond and LITERALLY WITHIN 3 HOURS was at the house i needed to be inspected. Not only was he and his wonderful assistant Amber early, but they both were extremely nice and very professional. Mr. Hilsher was very thorough and very reasonable in pricing. The inspection started late in the afternoon, and ran late and never did he complain, in fact he had my inspection report sent at 11 pm. THAT NIGHT! He worked all night to get everything to me, as he knew I was on a tight deadline. Mr. Hilsher is first class all the way! I highly recommend him.
