We’re not the cheapest option — and that’s intentional. Our pricing reflects the quality, reliability, and communication our clients count on every visit. Each quote is customized based on your home, service needs, and cleaning frequency, and we keep pricing clear and transparent with no hidden fees or surprise add-ons. Most of our clients choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service because it keeps the home in better shape and comes with a lower recurring visit rate than one-time cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple, clear, and communication-first from day one. We start with a quick text or call to learn about your home, your needs, and whether we’re the right fit. From there, we provide a customized quote, confirm the service details, and keep you updated leading up to your visit. Once booked, we follow a structured process to deliver a consistent, high-quality clean — not a rushed, one-size-fits-all service. After your first visit, we follow up and tailor future cleanings to your preferences so the experience gets even better over time. Our goal is to take cleaning off your mental load completely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaning professionals are experienced in professional home cleaning and are held to high standards for quality, professionalism, and consistency. Berry Swift Cleaning has completed industry training through ISSA’s residential cleaning program, and we use that foundation alongside our own internal service standards to deliver a reliable, detail-oriented experience. Before entering a client’s home, every cleaning professional must meet our expectations for quality of work, communication, and professionalism.
