I reached out to The Clean Brigade last week to do a deep clean on my 2-story home. Joe provided a quote quickly and found a team to do it a week later. The team completed the deep clean on Tuesday and it was incredible. They cleaned the baseboards, fans, oven, and even organized the stuff that seems to pile up in different areas of the house. The team was considerate and asked questions if they weren't sure where it went. When I came home Tuesday night, it made such a big difference! Thank you Joe and thank you to the team that worked so hard. I'll be using you again in the future :)

I’ve always been hesitant to hire someone to clean our house, but between work and kids activities, I just can’t keep up . It ended up being too big a job for my first cleaning lady, so I decided to look for a company who could send multiple people. Scrolling through the reviews, I decided to give Joe and his team a try, and I’m sure glad I did! They were fantastic - efficient, thorough, and just a great all around experience from the initial phone interview to the time the ladies finished. Joe is extremely professional and thorough, and very detailed. He also texted me after the cleaning to check how it went. I am so thankful for my clean house and the time I can now spend ubering my kids to sports practices!

My home was a wreck. In my defense I was left unsupervised. Here’s the catch, the wife would be home tomorrow. I did what any sane man would do and looked for the most best price and most awesome home cleaners to save me. Not only was the price perfect but they worked until the job was done. I can’t tell you how impressed I am. Oven is clean, fans are clean, floor’s clean… I’m the only dirty thing left in this house. Thank you so much!

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  We aim to meet your budget whenever possible. Our pricing includes factors such as the number of hours per clean, size and condition of your home, and time to travel to your home for each clean. We offer a discount code of THUMB20 to give you 20% off your first regular clean!

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We like to have a phone call to get to know you and your expectations better so that we can meet them. We then agree on a booking date and send you a confirmation email with all the details. We offer an app called Launch27 where you can change the schedule, communicate with the cleaner, update payment information and more. Our cashless payments mean you never have to run out to the ATM to grab cash because the cleaner is coming.

  All our cleaners have years of experience cleaning homes and a proven track record of satisfied customers!
