Kristopher & Samantha (I might have Sam's name wrong) were great. I've never had house cleaning before, but I'm so busy now that I need it. They hit all the trouble spots that I needed too - shower door, shower head, inside oven, and they even remade my bed better than I had it made up already.

We are a busy family with a Senior in high school playing football. My husband works from home for a rapidly growing business. I am a busy VP in healthcare. We have two dogs. We can be messy because of our fast paced schedules which is why we sought help from The Clean Brigade. The team of two arrived at the agreed upon time. Debby and her team mate were very courteous and professional. They worked right around my husband who was busy working and within no time, they were joking around and laughing. They mopped,cleaned toilets, changed bedding and dusted by wiping down the furniture which is what I requested due to our bad allergies. Tidied up the entire up and downstairs and more. They did a fantastic job for a fair price. I would highly recommend The Clean Brigade as they vet their team members carefully and hire experienced house keepers. It really shows in their work!

I am really impressed with The Clean Brigade! There were a couple of cleaners that were not a good fit for us, but The Clean Brigade did a fantastic job of finding us the right fit as well as offering a discount for a clean that had been a bit rushed. They are always quick to respond and are incredibly accommodating!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to meet your budget whenever possible. Our pricing includes factors such as the number of hours per clean, size and condition of your home, and time to travel to your home for each clean. We offer a discount code of THUMB20 to give you 20% off your first regular clean!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a phone call to get to know you and your expectations better so that we can meet them. We then agree on a booking date and send you a confirmation email with all the details. We offer an app called Launch27 where you can change the schedule, communicate with the cleaner, update payment information and more. Our cashless payments mean you never have to run out to the ATM to grab cash because the cleaner is coming.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our cleaners have years of experience cleaning homes and a proven track record of satisfied customers!
