- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates are based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning you select: standard, deep, move-in/move-out, or Airbnb turnover. You can also customize your clean with add-ons like baseboards, inside the fridge, inside the oven, blinds or interior windows for a tailored experience. We offer recurring-service discounts (e.g., 10% off for monthly recurring cleans) and occasionally seasonal promotions, making it easy and affordable to keep your home spotless. Note: Move-in/out cleanings automatically include inside oven, fridge, cabinets, drawers, interior windows, and blinds.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process simple. On our easy online scheduling page, you can customize your options and view pricing upfront before finalizing your cleaning date. We’ll confirm the details, send one of our professional cleaners to your home, and complete your cleaning using our checklist-driven system. Afterward, we check in to ensure you’re fully satisfied. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
