- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we are fairly priced and we love to work with every kind of budget. we go further to explain what you need to expect from us based on your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
after the usual introduction we get a run through of what is required of us and explain what needs to be done to achieve the best cleaning service. we also take our time to take a tour and let the client know how much this would cost thereby giving our best ideas and suggestions on what needs to be done
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a computer scientist with data management specialization but currently running a nursing program as I would love nursing informatics. I have taken few courses online like hotel management courses to understand the rudiments of housekeeping and I also have the passion for clean and organized environments which I feel is the MOST important skill you should have.
