- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We mainly price according to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms at client's request. Typically we start at $109 and add an additional $20 per bedroom and $20 per bathroom. Extras are charged separately; -interior oven $25 -interior fridge $25 -resident with pets $25 -interior windows $20 -Monthly recurring gets a 10% discount -Bi-weekly recurring gets a 15% discount -Weekly recurring gets a 20% discount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After your booked appointment expect a call or email to both confirm your appointment and your goals for your cleaning. We also encourage our clients to communicate with us via text if that’s a personal preference. On the day of your appointment you will also receive an email or text about the ETA of your cleaners. We work hard to keep our clients updated through out the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our ladies are highly trained professionals. Most with college degrees. We are also train on Covid-19 practices, and protocol for the continued safety of ourselves and our clients
