- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing will vary dependent on what our customers individual needs are and are based on price per sq.ft calculations. Quotes are always negotiable!! Discounts will be offered, periodically and seasonally, as we grow!! :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact and we've been hired for your project, you'll recieve email confirmation of date, time, and location of service. This email will also comfirm the rates and cost agreed upon, in addition to contact info. This creates a record for our client and a 2nd link to communicate!! Prior to scheduled service we'll reach out to our clients to re-confirm details and touch bases. Invoice for Payments are emailed, too and are due on date of service. We have optional methods available to take payment. One of the highlights of being a business owner, for me, is the opportunity it provides to be customer serving! My Clean 4 You, LLC values and recognizes the importance of our clients, customers and communities!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training comes from the owner who has 6 years experience co-owning a large janitorial company and over 15 years in the hospitality industry. North Carolina and Texas State Registered, Harris County Registered, Federal EID and we are Insured!
