- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the home, the type of service (regular or deep cleaning), and how often the customer books. We offer competitive, transparent rates with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a phone consultation or a quick message to understand the customer’s needs. Then I offer a quote or suggest an in-person walk-through. Once the service is booked, I confirm the date, bring all cleaning supplies, and complete the job with professionalism and care. I always follow up after the cleaning to make sure the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from over a decade of hands-on experience, I’ve completed training in eco-friendly cleaning practices, proper disinfection techniques, and safe use of commercial cleaning products. I continuously update my methods to meet today’s health and safety standards.
