- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers it's important that we communicate openly and honestly. We want to know if there are any areas in your home that need extra attention. Also, we like to know about our customers preferences. So if there is anything we can do to make the cleaning experience more pleasant for you we want to make that happen. We are a family owned business so customer satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to make your life easier by saving you time and stress any way we can. Which is why we offer a 200% Satisfaction guarantee, if you are unhappy with your cleaning we come back and re-clean. If you're still unhappy afterwards, we refund you. No questions asked.
