I had 3 bids and PR Foundation was in the middle of the bid in terms of the price. I chose them because their locations of piers in the estimate was most complete and thorough. I am an architect and I was also asking opinions of a friend who is a structural engineer about three bid proposals. I also liked their agreement form, which was concise yet professional without too many exclusions and disclaimers. Their knowledge and value of what you get with the price was very good and the best among the three bids. My recommendations if you want a speedy job, ask them to dedicate whole crews to your job even if you need to wait to start your job. My job took longer than I liked since there is another job they are working on at the same time. Also you may wish to pay attention to their concrete patching work if you have extensive work(I had 9 piers through my concrete in garage and driveway). Probably this is true for any foundation repair company but building concrete slab is not their expertise. But eventually they came through and took care of everything I asked for. Overall, I’m pleased with their work and I do recommend PR Foundation for anyone who wants quality work with reasonable price.

The team at PR Foundation did a great job for me with the replacement of my fence. They modified the job on the spot and worked extra on weekend to get my project t completed on time. Nice people, that does quality work. I definitely recommend them for others.

We had a great experience with Sara and the PR Foundation repair crew. The cost was very reasonable and the foundation work was completed in one day. I appreciated the cleanup that was done after completion of the job - sidewalks and driveway swept free of dirt and debris after all the digging. Would definitely recommend to friends and neighbors. Great job!

Excellent experience overall. Walter came out and evaluated the overall state of my foundation, and suggested some minor work at the front of my house. He specifically steered me away from areas that he felt didn’t need work done, which I appreciated. The company then navigated the confusing permitting process in Jersey Village to get the work done. I would recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair.
