I was having water leaking into my house and Fransisco did an excellent job of getting to the root of the problem and offered me two solutions. One was to seal the area where there was leakage and the other was a comprehensive one to design a drainage system. It was obvious that while doing the job Fransisco saw additional problems that he fixed. He would not charge me extra but I paid him extra. He was surprised and tried to decline but I insisted because I was so impressed with the quality and the workmanship..
