I had a tenant who moved and left an overwhelming amount of trash and personal items (including beds and furniture) in the house. Every room had trash and Peter and his helper were able to clean each room then haul it all away. I was most impressed by his responsiveness. I made the request and he was at my location within the 2 hours he promised. Peter went over and above by not only removing every piece of junk but also sweeping and removing leftover debris in each room as well. He did an awesome job and I highly recommend his service!!
