- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At The Yard, we believe in fair, honest, and upfront pricing. Every project is different, so pricing is based on the size of the yard, the type of work needed, and the amount of time involved. We provide estimates before beginning work so there are no surprises. We also value our customers and may offer discounts for recurring maintenance services or larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by talking with the customer to understand their needs and goals. Then we schedule a time to view the property, discuss the work requested, and provide an estimate. Once everything is approved, we schedule the job and keep communication open from start to finish to make sure our customers are happy with the results.

Our experience comes from hands-on work and real-world knowledge in yard maintenance and outdoor care. We continue learning the best methods, tools, and techniques to provide quality service and ensure every property receives the care it deserves.
