I have known Chelsea for almost 30 years. She has been a friend and confidant for just as many of those years and has always offered sound life advice. When I was contemplating a recent career move she was the first call I made. She helped navigate me through the pros and cons, asked the hard questions about what I truly wanted and listened patiently as I tried to make sense of it all. She is a remarkable life coach and highly recommend her services.Sep 25, 2019Chelsea Conrad Career Coaching's reply

Chelsea possesses every quality you want in a coach. She is understanding, motivational, patient, and very caring. In each of our coaching sessions, I was amazed at how well she listened to my concerns and goals and how she helped to turn that into a plan of action for myself. She is passionate about helping others and I would highly recommend her to everyone.Sep 24, 2019Chelsea Conrad Career Coaching's reply

My first time getting formal career coaching was with Chelsea and she made it an excellent experience. Chelsea made the session very comfortable which allowed me to really open up and get to the heart of the issue that needed to be tackled. I appreciated the insightful questions that Chelsea asked which made it easier to work through solutions and consider perspectives that I had not thought of. After my session with Chelsea I came away with concrete action items and a more positive outlook towards a situation that was had really bogged me down.Sep 18, 2019Chelsea Conrad Career Coaching's reply
Thanks for the review, Candice! I have really enjoyed working with you, and look forward to continuing our relationship in the future.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? For anyone curious about my services, I offer a complimentary introductory phone call to ensure we have a good connection that will lead to a productive coaching relationship. At that time, we can discuss your needs, and the best approach to get you through your current challenge. My session fee is $125/session. Each session is 60 minutes. During each session, we will work through the topic of your choice. I offer discounted packages for multiple sessions as well. I also offer a more robust package for those individuals seeking a more fulsome career coaching experience. This package is intended for individuals looking to make a major career transition and are unsure what their next career looks like. This package costs $800 and consists of 6 sessions and assessments (type dependent on your specific situation), as deemed necessary. This package is an excellent solution for anyone who doesn't know what they want to do, but know for sure that what they're doing isn't it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to start with a brief, complimentary phone conversation to make sure we are a good fit, and then move on to arrange an appointment to meet by phone for a full coaching session. I like to start with an introductory conversation because I want to be sure we have a good connection - without that level of comfort, a coaching relationship will not be as productive for either side. I coach my clients remotely by phone throughout the US.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a bachelor's degree in business administration, a master's degree in accounting, and over 15 years of managerial experience in a multitude of settings in the corporate world. I have been coaching people for over 20 years in various capacities. The experience I have gained in the corporate world is invaluable in working through career issues - I spent many years on the managerial side and understand both the needs of the business and the needs of the individual, and how there must be a balance of both to make a situation healthy and positive.
