I’ve had them come and replace a mailbox lock and cut off a padlock we had lost the keys to (seems to be a theme here). The technician (Matthew) was patient, friendly, and kind. He wasn’t bothered by my dogs and just put a smile on my face. I’ve contemplated “losing” my keys again…

We hired them via thumbtack. Got a call immediately after sending the request and estimate on the phone with tech out in 3 hours. He was able to assist and advise using alternate methods to open the door (to be precise garage door instead of opening backyard door lock). Cost us 165$ including service fee but got the Job done in time and efficiently. Thank you.

My experience has been phenomenal. I reached out to schedule a rekeying for multiple doors at 9:24 AM. By 10:45 Am, the technician arrived and has all locks rekeyed. He was professional, efficient, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend and will use Airborne for any future locksmith needs.

Christian arrived in less than an hour of my call. We had wanted to repair the lock to our front door, which was 63 years old. He explained why this might not work and would be very expensive. He suggested adding a quality deadbolt above the original lock. He was able to do that quickly and efficiently. We were pleased with the quality of the lock itself as well as with Christian's workmanship.

Our highly knowledgeable stuff is able to answer any questions as well as to quote a price over the phone. Though some complex projects require in person visit to be able to quote the cost of the project. The more details provided the better.

Our owner as well as main technician has over 20 years of experience. All our technicians are licensed by State of Texas and attend continuous education every year. All our technicians have clean background check.
