- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have one of the best rates in town, we provide flat guaranteed pricing on every move. Pricing is flexible according to the amount of items you move. We have AAA, AARP, Military or Law Enforcement Job, Senior Citizens, Student, Teachers, Medical Field and any type of Government Jobs Discounts. Also the earlier you reserve, you will get much better pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learn more about the expectations from our clients, go over move dates, location from and to, general information as well as special handlings, then we proceed getting in inventory of their valuables, provide a guaranteed tailored quote and get a reserved date for the move. Before and after we provide constant guidance through the entire moving experience, with a dedicated senior relocation specialist.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our movers are licensed, bonded and insured. All of our relocation specialists are experts in the field and have many years of experience, with countless satisfied customers in their hands.
