I had a great experience with this car detailing service and wanted to share because they really went above and beyond. I originally went in for a full detail, which is normally $199, but they gave me a discounted price of $160. After I mentioned that I had water get inside my vehicle and there was a lingering odor, they took the time to explain that a standard detail wouldn’t fully fix the issue. Instead of just doing a quick clean, they recommended additional services to actually solve the problem the right way. They performed a full steam cleaning to sanitize and remove any bacteria from the moisture, shampooed the seats and carpets for a deep clean, and did an odor removal treatment to eliminate the smell at the source. What I really appreciated is that they didn’t cut corners—they even went ahead and steam cleaned the entire vehicle to make sure everything was fully treated, not just the problem areas. Everything was explained clearly, the pricing was fair (and discounted across the board), and the quality of work was outstanding. My car looks and smells great now, and I feel confident the issue was handled properly so it won’t come back. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right and taking care of their customers. Highly recommend if you want thorough, honest, and high-quality detailing.
