I had my brakes changed by Big Ed’s Mobile Service and the experience was great. Super smooth process, no pressure. The work was done fast and my car feels way better now. Honest, solid work all around. I’ll definitely be contacting him again if I need any work done and would recommend him to anyone needing brake work.

Car has never felt better. Big Ed is responsive, knowledgeable and generally wants to make sure you get your car running to where it needs to be. He changed my rack & pinon and was easy to work with and guidance of parts etc. When I had a check engine failure he was quick to respond and was able to quickly identify the issues and fix my engine and came to me for both. Car is running great. Will work with again

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding! Ed provided exemplary service repairing the air conditioner on our RV. He was timely, efficient, and affordable, and went above and beyond by honoring my military service with a discount—a gesture I deeply appreciate. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair flawlessly. Friendly, professional, and truly skilled, Ed treated our RV with care and made the entire process completely stress-free. If you need RV AC repair done right the first time, Ed is hands down the one to call. I highly recommend him!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My diagnostic service fee is $120 to have the vehicle diagnosed and/or evaluated. This diagnostic fee will apply even if no work is performed at the scheduled appointment.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I ask them what symptoms they're experiencing with their vehicle. Based on the symptoms I'll recommend a particular service or diagnostic. Upon approval of the estimate, I'll ask what date/time works best for them to have the repairs performed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm an ASE L1 master tech and have had formal training in automotive/diesel technology.
