Kevin helped me diagnose a worn engine mount and after I sourced the OEM part, he fixed it for a super reasonable price, waiving the diagnostic fee when I hired him. I was also having a major knocking noise in my suspension components. I was prepared to do a ball joint replacement, but after further inspection he found that the sway bar end links and strut mounts weren’t fully fastened from a previous shop’s work. He was able to diagnose and solve my knocking noise for a fraction of the cost of a potential ball joint or other suspension repair. This speaks volumes to his knowledge and honesty. This is why I opt for a mobile mechanic. I plan on calling Kevin for any future work!
