Nate did an outstanding job fixing my alternator. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He didn’t just fix the immediate issue — he also took the time to research and explain other maintenance concerns that could affect my vehicle down the road. What really stood out was his dedication and honesty. He even went out of his way to purchase a new battery for me to make sure everything was running properly. On top of that, he completed the entire job before accepting payment, which showed a lot of trust and professionalism. It’s hard to find mechanics who genuinely care about their customers, but Nate definitely does. I highly recommend him to anyone needing reliable and honest automotive work.
