My car had been running hot and I noticed a small leak. I sought out a mobile mechanic after realizing it would do damage trying to get it to my regular mechanic. Thumbtack seemed to be the best bet for me. I entered the requested information and I was presented with a few options. Nate had the availability I needed. He was very communicative the morning of my appointment. My car is a '98 and I'm aware that parts can be difficult to find. But he quickly assessed the problem, ordered the parts, worked in another call, and came back to complete my repair. He explained what had happened and what he was doing during the 3-4 hour job in this Houston heat. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. Thanks again, Nate!

Nate did an outstanding job fixing my alternator. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He didn’t just fix the immediate issue — he also took the time to research and explain other maintenance concerns that could affect my vehicle down the road.

What really stood out was his dedication and honesty. He even went out of his way to purchase a new battery for me to make sure everything was running properly. On top of that, he completed the entire job before accepting payment, which showed a lot of trust and professionalism.

It’s hard to find mechanics who genuinely care about their customers, but Nate definitely does. I highly recommend him to anyone needing reliable and honest automotive work.
