I had water pouring down this morning at 5 am into our living room. I put a request and within 10 mins Eric responded and in less than an hour Justin was here. He helped clear the area, helped me to understand the situation and began mitigation. Great professionalism and work quality. I am glad I hired them. Highly recommended.

We needed help extracting water and drying our floors, from the recent floods in Houston. We contacted Elite Emergency Solutions and the team was very responsive, considering the situations all over the city. Erick (owner) was on-site with the team and explained everything that would need to be done, breaking down the information in detail, so that it was easy to understand. They didn't waste anytime getting the equipment setup and running. Everyone courteous and professional and after a few hours, everything was clean and in order, and we have avoided any further damage or future issues with mold.
