I had water pouring down this morning at 5 am into our living room. I put a request and within 10 mins Eric responded and in less than an hour Justin was here. We needed help extracting water and drying our floors, from the recent floods in Houston. We contacted Elite Emergency Solutions and the team was very responsive, considering the situations all over the city.
Erick (owner) was on-site with the team and explained everything that would need to be done, breaking down the information in detail, so that it was easy to understand.
They didn't waste anytime getting the equipment setup and running. Everyone courteous and professional and after a few hours, everything was clean and in order, and we have avoided any further damage or future issues with mold.

Toilet overflowed in upstairs bathroom. Elite showed up within an hour of our call. They extracted the water, took up the padding, and set up blowers. Very professional and courteous and I recommend them highly.

We had a busted pipe in our home that affected our whole kitchen and dining room. I called Elite Emergency Solutions and they arrived in about 45 minutes. The owner and one of his technicians came out and explained everything, and answered my million questions. They proceeded to get our house dried out quickly and proficiently. Both were really polite and professional. We were very pleased with their service, would definitely recommend them to anyone with water damage!
