They responded to my request immediately. They brought their professional equipment, they were really fast unloading everything from the truck and taking it to the 3rd level by stairs only. After unloading everything they help me put together a bed base and my dining table. I am very satisfied with their work. Would definitely recommend.

The guys were absolutely amazing they were very upfront and clear on pricing no hidden fees or undisclosed cost. The communicated very well throughout the booking and confirmation process. They were very careful with all of my things they definitely handled them with care. I communicated with ease with Zama before moving day by texts through Thumbtack’s app and later directly. They were about 15 mins late for a 1pm Appt. on a Tuesday, but made up for it by how efficiently they took my one bedroom apartment’s furniture apart, wrapped it and brought heavy chests, armoires, desks and leather couches and armchairs and packed the box truck. They used good padding on fragile items like a 44”X 54” oil painting, and other mirrors etc. I had about 40 old boxes I’ve been carrying for 20 years and 20 new ones and labeled them new 4-22 move and old “ and they put them where I needed them almost correctly between a garage and covered patio for the old ones. The entire job including 10 mile travel at 4:30pm was just under 5 hours. I highly recommend Zama and Pasquale (Alex) his assistant!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 2 movers at $75 per hour, 2 hours minimum. 3 movers at $110 per hour, 2 hours minimum. There is also $70 trip charge which applies to all moves. ...quote estimate is based on the information provided on Thumbtack, we are always happy to discuss the quote with customers to meet their needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a customer with a free quote based on the information provided by the customer, then the customer will text us or give us a call incase of any more questions and clarification. Once they decide booking with us, the customer will provide the moving information, no deposit needed to book your move at 4U Movers. The crew will arrive on time on the moving day. The time starts when the crew arrives at your location and ends when everything is unloaded and assembled if applicable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I specialized in Logistics and I have been working in Transportation industry which involves fleet management and teams.
