- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competative in our pricing and charge fair price for our work performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We inform our customers of all their options. From having two men movers to four men movers, one or two truck loads. It all depends on their need. We make sure we accommadate our customer's need. We also provide free plastic wrap to ensure their belongings are safe, as well as provide free blankets for the move. In case they are moving to a storage unit, and would like to keep the blanckets to have their items well protected in storage and ready for their next transition, we also extend our blancket price to them at our cost. We also provide packing and unpacking service to meet customer's needs. We enjoy working with our customers of all ages, and all ethnicities. From Youngster moving in and out of college dorms, apartment to apartments, houses to houses or storage. No job is too small or too large for our business. Everyone is treated as we would lke to be treated, with Respect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train our movers on not only packing to protect your valuable belongings, but to also be safe and protect themselves, especially when it comes to moving extra heavy, large ackward items, so that it is a win win for all. We are insured and bonded just in case of an emergency, however; we have NOT had to file any claims to date.
