12/10 stars for Mario and his team! I have all good things to say about Mario. I was so stressed because I had less than 24 hours on Labor Day weekend to find someone to help me move a beautiful refrigerator and washer dryer being donated to my non profit. Not only did Mario respond right away, he continued to communicate with updates in an incredibly speedy manner. Not only were these units way out in Baytown and needed to come to Houston around 35mile distance but also the washer and dryer were upstairs and he was as able to meet with the family donating these units and safely transport them. I had needed a little extra time to figure out where to store / have these units delivered to and he was very patient and understanding. I confirmed my delivery address after he had loaded the units into the truck and was on his way. I paid him using Zelle & gave a cash tip. He was very gracious. Mario you are a saint and I will definitely be saving your info for the future and recommending your services to family and friends! Thank you!
