The price seemed too good to be true and it was. They sent one mover with a small trailer to move our three bedroom house to a four bedroom house. Then they said they would get another helper and a bigger trailer. Then they doubled the price due to their estimator making a mistake. Keep in mind I listed every item to be moved. Then they flat out canceled due to having a bigger more profitable job lined up. I trusted Thumbtack to have vetted these companies but after reading Google reviews, thumbtack must not have vetted Flex. Very disappointed.

For those seeking a no-frills, budget-friendly option, our Budget Move is our most efficient option. It does not include extra wrapping or materials so you’re responsible for making sure your large items are protected.
