Michael Flores was very professional, punctual and most importantly easy to contact. I had a 2 bedroom apartment that was packed with to much stuff that we moved to a 3 bedroom house. Michael and his crew loaded and uploaded everything in 1hr 50 minutes flat including drive time from the apartment time at rush hour which is 8 miles from 290 and Hollister to 290 and Jones road.
Things I moved were, 2 mattresses, a queen bed, 3 dressers, 3 pc recliner sectional which is very very large, entertainment center, 2 TV's and around 40 boxes.
I highly recommend 911 movers as they are very affordable and very quick,efficient, and professional.

They moved me from a first floor one bed apartment to a third floor apartment ten miles away. Could not have been better. Brilliant communication, professionalism and safety. They completed it in under two hours and placed everything in the apartment where I wanted.
100% will use them again and would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about moving.

I was a little late and they waited for me, and still completed the job in under 2 hours. The men moving constantly asked which room I wanted the stuff in to try and help the unpacking go easy. Really easy to work with as I was able to text/call the coordinator throughout the day when my plans were changing due to the weather.

In the moving profession, it feels like there is a preponderance of shady characters. So when I do find people who deal with you directly, honestly and there are no gimmicks, I am happy to leave a good review.
They are direct. Honest. and do good work. I used them to load a truck from my 4 bedroom house in the katy area.
