- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my prices are competitive they are lower then some big name companies but we provide a cheaper price with the advantage you get the same experience for less
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i like to inform new clients how we work and how we are different then some moving companies i like to answer questions they have so theres no surprises on the move date. I also like to suggest how to do things on the move 10 years experience i have learned alot on how to make a move go smooth
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ive worked in the moving industrie for 10 years ive seen it all and done it all and if we encounter a challenge we will figure out a solution
