DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! HIRED TO REMOVE ODOR ON 2 OF MY CARS AND THEY CREATED MOLD ON 1 OfF THEM. CALLED THEM AND IT TOOK THEM 4 DAYS TO COME BACK OUT. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND DID NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER!!! EVEN AFTER THEY SHOWED UP AND I DID A WALK THROUGH I STILL SAW MOLD AND THEY ALSO DRAINED MY BATTERY BY LEAVING DOORS UP TO ALLOW MY CARPET TO DRY. JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

I honestly don't know how many stars to put...First of all, they were 2 and a half hours late! On a positive note, they did a really great job of cleaning the carpet and getting the odor removed. However, they didn't clean the bathroom all that well. We had to go back in and bleach/scrub to get it clean. Shows that they did not put much effort into that part of the job. But like I said, they did a great job with the carpet. So if that's all you need cleaned (and you don't mind people being late) then I would still recommend them.
