Watching my mom prepare dinner was my inspiration for becoming a chef. She loved to cook and to make people happy with good food. My passion is for others to enjoy a good meal that is not complicated but full of flavor; to inspire memories of their time with family and friends.

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I cooked a "Dinner for 8" that was an auction item at a local Library fundraiser. Every one enjoyed the Ceviche appetizer to start with and Lobster tail for the main entree.
