I wasn’t sure what to expect since it was our first time doing something like this at home, but chef William made it so easy from the start. The food was honestly incredible...every course felt thoughtful, not fussy, and just really well done. Our guests kept asking how we found him. He was on time, super organized, and made everything feel effortless. We got to actually enjoy the evening instead of running around. 10/10 would do this again.
