Introduction: I change up my cross fit and weight training exercises all the time. You are already stressed from work and traffic, so why be stressed from the same old routine. I use agility and endurance training fused with resistance and strength training to maximize your results in 30 minutes. Hour sessions are available depending on your fitness level. I get to help motivate people to live healthier lives and to get back into shape. Sitting down at work all day and then going home and sitting down on the couch. Or leaning over a desk or a stove is just terrible on the back. I will work with each individual so they can create a stronger and more flexible core. This will decrease the risk of injuries, headaches and stress.
