Marcus is a great personal trainer. My workout was wonderful the first time. Marcus pushes you to not give up doing your work which is what I truly liked.He held me accountable. He was on time like he promised. He demonstrated every exercise before starting.Marcus was very professional.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please refer to uploaded PDF price sheet in my photos.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first meeting I will provide you with a questionnaire to get familiar with your exercise, eating habits, and your goals. Off of this information I will provide you with nutrition recommendations. Then we would start your initial fitness assessment. I use a personal training software that helps me closely monitor your results throughout the entire process. For your first week I will provide you with a free workout plan for times you are not training with me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a certified personal trainer from the International Sports Science Association since 2012. I have several years of experience in boot camp and circuit training during my time of service in the US Armed Forces.
